So. I have put on the pounds the past few months!
Starting Monday, I shall be dieting. Meaning no more chocolate and sugar!
A lot less fatty foods and more lean meat and vegetables!
Need to cut back on the carbohydrates. Since working at Chop Chop, I've been consuming unbelievably amounts of potato and rice! I know rice is good for you, but only in moderation. Their food contains a high amount of salt.
