Day 1 of training!
So, the training starts. I hope that my daily blogging will help! Will blog on rest days too.
I managed to go for a very quick run after work today. Did a 9 hour shift with only a 10 minute sit down (somehow managed to help people out during my break...too nice for my own good). When I say quick run, it was a 10 minute power run. I ran around the block basically. I managed to run a 10 minute mile instead of the usual 15 minute! Aim to get the minutes down! Honest to god, this run killed me, even though it was a short one. The 3 month long unhealthy eating and bad habits really kicked me hard in the ass!
